I like other books in the series better. Still enjoyable though.

You know what's funny about four, maybe five, of these books? They have atrociously slow middles.
Harry Potter - 9, probably the one that comes up first whenever I think of Harry Potter (dem fireworks) The Stand - 9.5, starts and ends phenomenally well, though a bit of the middle is sleep-inducing Wizard and Glass - 11 for the first part, 8.5 for the entire book. I'm a bit biased because I quit this book at least twenty times. It gets really good past the middle. Fellowship - 7.5, its best parts are 10s, its slow parts are 2s. Read it through once then feel free to skip past about 40% of the book on subsequent reads. The Wastelands - 8? Don't remember much. I finished it in three days. (and Wizard & Glass took two years =D) To Kill A Mockingbird - 9, a true classic
