(don't think she ever apologized to AJ for primping the loose branches instead of helping to pull them down while AJ most definitely apologized for not taking Rarity's advice regarding attention to detail and that just rubbed me the wrong way)

Probably. 4 of the next 7 episodes are Rarity-heavy episodes, and it's when most people start to like her.

Episode 10:Swarm of the century
A Flutter shy episode? I’m not sure how I feel about this. OH SHOOT! The bug ate all the fruit in the basket and such. Ominous music plays!

Oh shoot, so those little bugs multiply at alarming rates and now they are everywhere.

Pinky is searching everywhere for random musical instruments. I theorize you need the instruments in order to stop them from multiplying. Pinky: “Drop everything and help me find maracas!”

Twilight casts a spell to stop them from eating all the food. And now they start eating all the not food in the city.

Zacora says they’re doomed, then Pinky comes in with her own band to save the town!


Town Saved!

I give the episode a solid…. 7.5/10 Not very memorable, but still really good.

^I already watched it (and 3 episodes after it and counting). My respect for Rarity went up by about 1000%, but my like for her remained about the same. Fluttershy's and Twilight's dresses were gorgeous and they're all dumdums for not trusting Rarity's judgment. :P

Finished ep 19 and you were right, Rarity's pretty cool! Without spoiling anything, I liked the way she handled herself in this ep.

Sadly, she's still among my bottom three ponies (sorry Poke, but I can't see her passing Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, or especially Twilight at this point), but at least she's higher than Applejack now.

Oh well, at least you like Twilight. Though it's not like any of the main 6 are bad, I only disliked Pinkie and she got better later on. (Though still skirts the line between funny and annoying)

Episode 11: Winter Wrap Up

So they are wrapping up winter. I don’t actually know what this means.

MUSICAL NUMBER!

Actually a pretty well sung. I’m impressed. It has nothing on Flutter Guy of course, but it’s still pretty good.


Winter round up

Rarity tries to help Rainbow Dash clear Clouds. Obviously That does not work. Twilight’s attempt to help Rarity meets with similar fate. Twilight also fails at ice skating, which with everything Pinky Pie related is hilarious.

Twilight then proceeds to help out Fluttershy, and wakes up snakes, bats bees and skunks XD. Well done. Based on what has happened so far, I don’t think that Twilights effort to help Apple Jack is going to be any more successful than her effort with anyone else.

Oh how sad. Now Twilight is all depressed. When she doesn’t use magic she kind of sucks at ….life. BUT WAIT! TWILIGHT HAS SUPER ORGANIZATION SKILLS! Thanks to Twilight spring is here on time! Hooray!

This episode wasn’t as great as the last couple. Gets a half point for the musical number though.

Dunno if this ever got answered, but...

Whoever is in charge of drawing faces is awesome. The manticore’s face is almost as awesome as the faces of all of the other ponies.

We've heard in interviews that you have the animators from Ed, Edd, and Eddy who ended up on FiM to thank for the faces.

Episode 12: Call of the Cutie
My very first question was why is it zooming in on all the ponies butts. Oh. Apple Bloom doesn’t have her cutie mark yet. How sad.

Apple Bloom is sure her mark will be apple related, but is one of the worst salesmen ever. She ends up losing lots of free apples.

Rainbow Dash fails at helping Apple Bloom. Pinkie pie then says she should eat cupcakes… er actually make cup cakes. PINKIE PIE MUSICAL NUMBER!

Pinky: What game do you want to play next? PLEASE SAY BINGO! PLEASE SAY BINGO!

Apple Bloom gives up on the party, but then realizes that she is …. Actually at the party. She tells a pretty good lie about wearing her. Shirt thing. I was thinking that she was going to get a cutie mark about deception or something like that. Alas, probably too mature for a kids show like this. And the episode ends.

Meh.

5.5/10 Very unspectacular aside from the Pinky number and rainbow dash joke.

Episode 13: Fall weather friends

Rainbow Dash loses at horseshoes. She is not happy about this, and challenges Apple Jack to an Iron Pony Competition. This should be good.

Rainbow Dash wins the barrel weave! But oh shoot! Apple Jack crushes the bell.

XD “Yup!”

I Don’t need to tell you who said that.

Score is currently tied 2-2 with the ponies trading off events. Rainbow Dash takes arm wrestling, Apple Jack wins the football kick. The final event is the tug of war. Rainbow Dash takes the Iron pony and is accused of cheating by using her wings.

Pinky Pie is the officially announcer in the sky. XD I think Pinky Pie might be my new favorite pony, though it’s hard to find fault in Twilight Sparkle. Mmm, Twilight is racing.

Pinky: “Yes! And Grudge rhymes with fudge” lol wut

Apple jack is ahead by 350 noses! OH SHOOT! Apple Jack trips! Twilight Sparkle is certainly not going as fast as the other ponies. More random comments by pinky pie are awesome. OH SHOOT! Now Rainbow Dash Tripped. Over a stump this time. Oh man! Rainbow Dash looked at her wings all evilly. This could be intense! Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack take turns pretty much cheating to get ahead. Rainbow changes the sign, then apple jack spills molasses. Back and forth they jockey for position. I’m really hoping neither wins at this point.



AND THE WINNER IS!!!!! Not either of them! They both lost to Twilight XD. Awesome.

8/10 Great episode. Very entertaining

I'd probably rate it like a 5 or a 6! It's not that great.

I'm probably in the minority on this but MLP:FiM has episodes that I regard as 10/10 and episodes I regard as 1/10, and WWU is like, somewhere in between. So 5 or 6 it is.

There's not a single ep I'd rate below 5 personally, but there are a few eps that I'd call "just average".

EPISODE 14: Suited for Success

Rarity is making a dress for the grand galloping gala. I have heard good things about this episode.

Twilight wants her old dress repaired, but Rarity insists on making her a new dress. Apple Jack unsurprisingly doesn’t want anything either.

A FASHION SHOW STARING US! RARITY MUSICAL NUMBER! Not as great as the last ones. I still am impressed by the singing ability of these voice actresses though.
