If this is the original voice cast, they were directed terribly. General Pepper sounds pretty much perfect, Falco's fine, and Slippy's voice is easier on the ears now, but Fox's first line spoken sounds so... I don't know, the words "eager young space cadet" come to mind as descriptors for Fox here.

Which Fox pretty much is at this point in his career. Remember, only a few years have passed since the original mission to Venom where Pigma betrayed James and Peppy.

Fox sounds SO awful on that first line. The complaints there are valid, I started fearing the worst when I heard that.

Then I went through the rest of the video SHINE posted and I ended up with this massive grin on my face. Slippy sounds better, Peppy sounds the same or better, Falco sounds better. I can deal with a slight loss on Fox's voicing quality when I get such a badass Falco!

PS: Also, need to watch that spanish Star Fox vid later. Seeing how I'll be able to get everything they say it'll probably sound extra campy!

Played the tutorial and Corneria. Definitely feels like a game built for the 3DS, and the graphical updates are very nice. Probably my favorite 3DS game so far.

Yeah I'm sure Fortuna was literally the only SNES location omitted from the N64 game. And yap all you want about the radically different ecosystem, it's not like N64 Titania and Macbeth were anything like their SNES namesakes.
