N/A.

Unless they're asking you face to face, in which case repeat the letters 'N' and 'A'.

So basically, they're gonna read it and see I have no experience and throw it away most likely?

I have a little experience selling cds for a local band, but that doesn't seem like a thinkg I can fit into the application with no references for it.

I would give an example of a time someone provided excellent customer service for you.

Eh, in a lot of sales jobs, sales experience is preferred, but not required.

If you don't have an experience, tell about a time you saw someone else provide extraordinary customer service and how you would try to do the same in your job.

So like "this guy helped this girl blah blah, His Cooperation and Willingness to help the customer have stuck with me and are something that I would try to replicate myself if I was in his position

You don't need a job to have experience providing people with a service. Talk about how you helped your friend do something or something like that

Its the wording though...

Tell us about a time when you provided extraordinary customer service by delivering the unexpected.

I haven't gotten the chance to do it so I'm not sure what to put

Describe the most difficult customer service situation you have experienced and how you handled it.

Same as above

Tell us about a time when your job required you to coordinate your work with others. What did you like about it? What did you not like?

I guess I could use school group projects instead? :/

I mean, it's only footlocker, I don't think the there is gonna be that many times I can deliver the unexpected.
