A while ago, a woman with my phone number but with a 310 area code accidentally signed up for a ton of stuff with the number, but with my area code. For weeks, I received texts and voice mails about how my son was behaving poorly in school and how I would need to be in for work early that week, and so on. It was pretty aggravating. All I can suggest to you is to ignore the text.

Yes, that was B8's main suggestion. I ultimately called her and told her to fix the problem on her own, and that I wouldn't redirect messages to her number. Not very exciting, I know.
