I'm honestly struggling to see where all the support for Minato is coming from. From what I've seen, he pales in comparison to Yusuke's durability and damage output. The only thing seems to be the whole issue of teleporting, which doesn't mean much if Minato can't actually take his opponent down.

So here's what I'm getting so far.
- Yusuke has much more raw power, stamina, and speed (teleportation aside).
- He also has some kind of anti-range hax that would deflect (?) thrown kunai.
- However, he's reckless and arrogant, and he is more likely to begin the fight by talking than to attack immediately.
- Minato will likely go all-out from the start.
- Minato can seal energies. He could theoretically seal away Yusuke's demon energy. Maybe also his spirit energy (I'm not clear on the distinction). However, to do so, he would have to physically touch Yusuke.

How fast can Minato perform his sealing techniques, and how capable is Yusuke without demon/spirit energy? (I know this was kind of argued with the whole human Yusuke << demon Yusuke thing, but I'm not sure how spirit energy factors into the whole mix.)

Yeah, gonna have to go with Urameshi. People at a level incomparably below Urameshi can dodge bullets without even breaking a sweat, then you go far, far further than that. Even if Minato teleported directly behind Yusuke, the brief instant it would take for Minato to move his hand to him would be enough for him to realize what was happening and kill the crap out of Minato.

I just don't see how Minato could even hurt Yusuke though.

He can just let him teleport all over the place and tank any move he's got before ripping him a new one.
The YYH universe just goes too far above the Naruto one in terms of strength.

yusuke. Naruto in general doesn't match well to yyh. Sure it gets overhyped at times and has some inconsistancies, but by the end he aint dumb at fighting and lost that arrogance. Just plain a better fighter

Minato sealing stuff?

What does that even mean? Pretty sure sealing techniques are made to be pretty specific to a certain target, you can't just seal whatever you want.

Something about sealing Urasmeshi's demon energy or whatever (not an expert on YYH so dunno)

Either way I'm not sure that's the same as demon. Not to mention it took great pains for him to seal the kyuubi away, which Yusuke is probably way stronger than.
