It was fairly accurate from the movies in that killing the T-800's was damn hard. I was stuck on some staircase as a pair of them were moving up, must have tried for a couple hours to take them down before giving up. FF12, About 2/3 the way through I discovered I'd been doing the same pattern of grinding for the entire game. The actual combat and all that was very simple. Just randomly put a thing that kills me and throw me all the way back.
