Yeezy taught me.

If not the single-most, then at least one of the top. Atmosphere is an important quality to me in games. That's a good portion of why MM is my favorite Zelda.

Atmosphere is the number one most compelling reason for me to be drawn into a game. I think I'm becoming something of a broken record on that lately, so apologies if that's the case.

Majora's Mask has a breathtaking atmosphere about it but being timed constantly shatters some of that value for me. I know, I know, it becomes much less of an issue after a certain point, but it's ever-looming. I'm that guy who will hang out by a damn virtual tree in a game for a bit if it's atmospheric enough, just soaking it all in, watching the sun set.

I can't just sit around watching the setting sun too often in Majora's Mask because I'm watching my time tick-tick away.

I'm not sure how important I'd consider atmosphere, but I think I'd have to give it to SotC, I'd say Prime 1 is also more atmospheric than MM.
