There are different bonuses depending on where you preorder from. Best buy gets Robin, Gamestop gets the Batman Beyond skin, and there are a few others for different stores.

Same. When it's just one thing, it's a bit like, hey, might as well for the sake of completion and having everything I can! When it's a million things across 3 game stores, all depending on what region you buy it in, I'm not going to go for it unless I'm just a super hardcore fan of one of the options since I'm missing something no matter what, so I don't care in regards to pre-ordering for completion.
