I'm surprised Carracosta is out considering how overrated it always seemed to be. Still it didn't deserve to fall to Zekrom.

But more importantly, Whimsicott is finally out!

I actually prefer Tirtouga so I'm pretty okay with this. Still wish Carracosta could have lasted longer though. Certainly wouldn't have voted if I thought it was still unsafe, but I was only half paying attention, saw that Tirtouga was safe and made a (dumb) move.
