quick stop watching it and switch to the manga.
it's great until those last 2 episodes. then it's weird to wtf just happened and why. run while you can. and claymore's a sometimes gorey, serious style shounen. aren't many good ones of those unfortunately, however Hellsing OVAs are def up that alley.

Stop watching right now.

The anime's ending is atrocious and will ruin your opinion of the series.

Switch to the manga.

As for other good series like it (assuming you just mean anime), there's...Berserk. And well...the Berserk manga, which may well be the greatest damn thing ever,

Aren't there like 300 chapters? Seems like a weird reason not to read what's already been published.

Yea there's around 324 chapters now. But we only got 6 chapters this year... 6, not even enough for an average volume.

300 chapters will be gone in like 2 weeks!

I don't read manga anyway. And I generally don't watch anime that are longer than 26 episodes.

But you'd think most people that enjoy that kind of stuff are fine with these long-ass series never ending.

It's not the length that's the problem because I'm sure that lots of people would recommend One Piece and that's over 600 chapters long.

It's just that Berserk is notoriously known for long hiatuses.

I mean people tend to like things not ending. And obviously Beserk is better than all the others at not ending. The slower you go the easier it is to not end.

Just finished reading Angel Densetsu actually!

Gonna read Claymore now.

Berserk's issue is that it has a bimonthly release schedule with a biweekly amount of content.

The average chapter of Berserk has no more content that the average chapter of One Piece.

It just has that crazy art.

Miura should come work for DC or something instead. Get a writing job with Clayton Crain on art.

I'm sure i'd like Berserk. My introduction to that series was the Dreamcast game. I can only imagine the awesome in those manga.
