Also, I feel this is necessary given that some people are somewhat hazy on the proper procedure at the beginning of the game.

-The first thing that happens is two 20 sided dies are rolled. (or other way to randomly choose someone).
-High roll decides whether they want to PLAY (go first) or DRAW (go second). Going second obviously allows you to draw a card on your first turn of the game whereas first does not.
-Keep in mind that all of the above is done without either player having drawn their opening hand yet. I've been guilty in the past in MWS of accidentally drawing my 7 early.
-So then, once that's decided, both players draw their opening 7 cards.
-The player who is on the PLAY (i.e. first) decides FIRST if they will be keeping their 7 or mulliganing to 6. Once that decision is made, the other person does the same thing. This goes back and forth until both players have hands they want to keep.
-Game begins!
