The worst part about sharing a laundry room in college was the people who would leave their crap in there for hours after it's done and then get mad when you take their stuff out so you can use it.

That's essentially my issue. How hard is it to time the load and then move it when it is done? Seriously.

When I used to live in an apt I went down to the Laundry Room once about 3 minutes after the Washers stopped and there was some guy down there already dumping my clothes on a table because he wanted to use the machine.

I flipped out on him.

See the thing is that it's impossible to determine whether the clothes have been sitting there for 3 minutes or an hour. But really you should be there 3 minutes earlier so you can clear it out right when it finishes... even 3 minutes late makes it fair game to dump.

Now thats ****ed up.

@foolmo, I was headed down there. The fact that he had dumped one full load of mine on the table and was working on the second one when I got down there means he was down there waiting for them to stop and as soon as they did he got to work. There has to be atleast a 5 minute grace period if you are going to have the audacity to touch someone elses clean clothing.

Of course, I own my own washer and dryer now so I really don't have to deal with this anymore.

I don't mind if someone takes my clothes out so they can put theirs in.

As long as they don't just dump them on the floor or something.
