There is no way Brian is going to be able to stop her with a single hit, and one hit is all he's going to have before Twilight yanks his gun away with telekinesis and transforms him into a teapot. While stress, if the battle were prolonged, would be possible, the Sonic Rainboom is not happening in this fight, period. Not to mention I don't think this fight would be prolonged.
