Yeah, they were both standing relatively nearby. I dunno. You apparently *can* affect him with physical stuff, seeing as how the nuke knocked his hat off, and Cassidy hit him with a truck (which smashed the truck). It just never seems to bother him <_<

mmk current scaling makes him relatively defeatable by certain means (undead if your vampire thing is correct) long range enemies (if they take him out before bullets hit them), possibly machines etc.

Also what if he can't judge the "kill target" like say he knew target was in X area but didn't know where (like target uses a HUUGE freaking ship) he knows that they are in there but has no freaking clue where.

The bullets seem to take care of that. They move around on their own once he shoots, and as noted, don't stop for walls or anything like that

just seems weird. So like if he knew "Target is in this building somewhere" he could just shoot at the building and he would KO the target (without literally knowing where the target specifically was)

Yup. It's how he killed those guys inside the tanks, without being able to see particularly where they were

Going back to TTP, I just find it weird that when he finally gets around to fighting Superman, he uses *none* of his fancy schmancy Time Trapper powers. He uses those later powers in his writeup, energy blasts, TK, etc, but doesn't use anything particularly associated with the Time Trapper. Time Trapper, as I remember, did stuff like immediately devolve you into slime, time lock you in place, etc

Time Trapper Prime seems to be operating under an entirely different powerset, just by what I'm reading. A far tamer one than garden variety Time Trapper. He's...really not very impressive, all things considered
