Legend of Zelda series for myself as well. And apparently Banjo Kazooie. Didn't like that game either, but apparently a lot of people like it.

Still holding out on FF7, playing through it slowly now.

Advance Wars: Days of Ruin comes to mind. I really liked the series but I think that one game is terrible, while everyone seems to like it.

Out of acclaimed games... primarily the Sonic series. I just don't see the fun in them; the platforming they're so acclaimed for always feels awkward due to the acceleration Sonic has.

Super Mari 64 as well, though that's more of a "I think the game is alright instead of awesome".
