Nobody said anything about making youtube videos. What is treason is him making speeches, urging people to not pay off their loans in order to make JP Morgan Chase crash and then make the entire economy collapse, bringing about an entire new system.

Try looking at this with common sense. If you were the President, would you like this guy? Would you make sure he gets arrested right away? The guy is talking about destroying what Obama is the leader of.

I'm not even mad at Jon Stewart (or John Stewart either). I absolutely respect his right to do what he does and it's a good show. A lot of stuff on it is funny.

My problem is that people who were not into politics at all started watching it and his views became their views. His comedy show is now a place to spread his idealogy to impressionable youths. If it isn't this show that did it, there's got to be some logical explanation for why you're all so brainwashed.

It's entirely different because you're comparing a comedy show making fun of the news with opinion shows.

And let me just reiterate that I don't care about politics. People can have their political views. It doesn't matter in the least to me because everyone has opinions. Ok? My problem is that, you know, you have Stewart making jokes about Bush or Palin and everyone just jumps on that bandwagon, not realizing any of our real problems. Suddenly we have all these people who care about politics yet they don't know anything about what's going on.

You are these people. I bring you more evidence of these progressive bastards being against America and you just laugh it off.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

(Article 3, section 3 of the US Constitution)

Basically, you can't be tried for treason unless you aid or start a war against the United States.

2) Even under very loose definitions of treason, the gov't would have to admit that corporations control gov't for it to count as treason.
