Board 8 > Is there a way to automatically backup my files in Windows 7?

I've got an external harddrive that I use to backup all of my important files, but I've been doing it manually. Is there anything within Windows (meaning I don't have to buy or install any third party program) that allows me to do this automatically?

Basically I want my external harddrive to mirror certain folders on my main drive.
