And do you guys still have your collections?

I still have most of my stuff and actually added a lot to the collection a couple years ago with some nice deals on ebay. I remember 94-96 being the best years. The biggest collections I remember were Fleer (these were big in 94-96), Flair (these were seen as more "premium" cards with more expensive packs and cards printed on thicker paper), Marvel Masterpiece, and Marvel Metal. It was so much fun collecting and trading with friends.

I gotta wonder why DC cards didn't get big during the same time, though. I'm not even sure if DC was making cards back then, which is a head scratcher.

Mostly Spider-man cards on my end, but yeah, had a ton of them, too. No idea if I still have them.

Overpower, man. I spent/wasted many years of my life on that game.

I loved the Marvel Metal cards because they listed the character's stats on the back. I had a collection of 5 or 6 different Galactus cards from the different Fleer, Flair, Masterpiece etc. sets too. Good times.

I think I threw them all out when I moved out, not really much value to them now anyways...

Err, I think I have a couple of them. Are those the ones with the coloured graphs giving each superhero/mutant numeric gradings on the back?

I remember that. I think the introduction of that game kinda coincided with my being less interested in the cards and super heroes in general, so I never got into it.

Yep, those are the ones. I should take some pictures of my collections.
