(2) Evangeline A. K. McDowell From Negima, Evangeline A.K. McDowell is a dark mage. Cold and devilish, Evangeline has the body of a little girl, though she is actually over 500 years old. She has the powers of a Shinso vampire, which include rapid regeneration and flight; though she was impaled by a rock, she quickly healed from it and stated that she could not be harmed by physical means.
Evangeline specializes in ice spells and dark magic, and she can manipulate and control people as if they were puppets through her vampiric powers. She is also a master of Aikido, and can effortlessly take down a man twice her size; it is implied she learned the martial art directly from its creator. She is capable of moving around and attacking while in the middle of chanting the lines for her larger spells.
A copy of Eva that claims to be "many times weaker than the original" was able to fight Negi, who could move at speeds between Mach 448 and Mach 6642, for a long period of time before Negi could hit her.

(7) Chad From Bleach, Yasutora Sado, also known as Chad, is a human teenager with strange powers. He is unusally strong and fast for a normal human, managing to keep up with superpowered enemies, and possesses the power of Fullbring, the ability to manipulate the soul of matter, which transforms his arms. His right arm, modified by his desire to defend others, allows him to fire energy blasts, while his left arm, transformed by his desire to attack, massively increases his combat capabilities. His most powerful attack is La Muerte, which charges his left arm with energy, and whose aftereffect was enough to leave a massive skull-shaped hole in a wall.

Sado's only real chance is to use La Muerte... She can't harm him from long range due to El Directo and his Right Arm period... but he can't harm her w/o the Left Arm... Which her Akido would overpower and beat him down...
