I briefly took a look at the guide yesterday

Same bosses

Same survivors

same cutscenes

probably same story



so uh yea, so much for it being a different perspective with different outcomes and different stuff and ****

apparently the hippie dude had a bigger role in this game, actually helping TK with the outbreak (this isn't spoilers, this happens in the beginning and was even announced when the game was first being put together), but hes still reduced to the exact same boss fight he had in the other one, only his reasons for going crazy are different

I think the survivors events happen at different times, and there might be a new survivor or two (as well as bosses) thanks to the new area

but other than that, it seems to be the same game

I mean, I shouldn't have been surprised, its capcom afterall, but I had faith in the Dead Rising series and its just another cashcow now for Capcom to milk for all eternity

lol my friend is talking to me on the phone about how pissed off he is about this (he bought it). He's been a die hard Capcom fan through all the recent **** but this just broke the camels back for him. Hopefully he can return it. What a joke.

Aren't all the cutscenes technically different, since Frank is in them? There's also at least one new boss.
