I'm just hoping they give Ryder the Santino treatment and let him be there at the end. Can you imagine how crazy the fans would be if it looked for a second like Ryder might win the Royal Rumble?

I mean, Jericho vs Punk over Punk vs HHH, or Punk vs Austin.
And again, he can't really (I know in Kayfabe he can, but we all know the RR winner is going after the WWE, so Daniel can go after World) go after the World Title here.
Unless.
The WM to end all WM's.
Main Events.
Rock vs Cena Punk vs Austin Undertaker vs Mark Henry (I don't want it, but the WWE does for some reason) HHH vs someone. (It can't be Nash, so who knows) WWE Title: Jericho vs someone, I have no idea who, (depends on if Jericho is face or heel, but he's kinda at the point in his career where he is face by default) World Championship Christian vs Daniel Bryan on a MitB Cash in.
This leaves Miz, Sheamus, and Orton to do something. Alot depends on Jericho's alignment. If he is Heel, have Orton get the WWE Title somehow (he's on Raw every week anyway), or Sheamus if you want to give him a huge boost for beating Jericho. If he is face, have him face the Miz to play off the Jerimiz former team. You could also have HHH win the belt, and Jericho face him for it, as a reverse of WM 18 (sadly, probably with teh same result)
Of course, that both takes down a marquee match (going from 6 to 5) and loses yet another spot for the Miz, Orton, Sheamus triangle. And lord knows at least 2 of them (if not all 3) have to be involved somehow in the top matches.
The biggest problem is the DB cash in really. Right now you only have Henry and Christian he can do this on, and it would make no sense for him to be able to beat Henry one on one like that (no one else can) and they seem to want to put Henry vs Taker for some inane reason. Giving us Christian vs DB, which is probably the least buys any WM Title match has ever got, but by the same token, it would be like the 5th biggest match on the card, so it is not like it would effect buys anyway.

also, i think punk needs to win the rumble
everyone else in the main event picture has already done it, besides henry
Big Show. Christian and Sheamus as well.
I'd say Punk needs to win the Rumble too, but it looks like he is going to win it in the next few PPVs, and I don't want to see him lose it in the 2 months between SS and the Rumble, just to enter the Rumble. Also, if this Punk vs Austin thing happens, he can't really win the Rumble, that would means Austin is WWE or World Champion, which is impossible.
TimJab posted... big show technically tied for a rumble win
i guess christian and sheamus could do it though yeah
Rock is still the designated Winner, HHH just gave Show a chance to win the WM right that the Rock had gotten from winning the (unclean) Rumble at No Way Out, which Show won (uncleanly) that did not make him the RR co-winner.
i was about to say christian probably wouldn't win the rumble because bryan is presumably locked in as the WHC challenger, but i think it would actually make more sense for a smackdown guy to win so DB's cash-in makes it a triple threat. it makes no sense strategically but i think bryan has made it clear that having a title match at wrestlemania means more to him than actually winning the title. plus, i'm really not buying the idea that wwe is ready to pull the trigger on him in a one-on-one match at WM for the title.
i think this scenario makes the most sense:
- christian wins the rumble, challenges orton in the opening match. christian wins.
- after the main event (cena/rock i suppose, which probably ends in tomfoolery), bryan comes out and announces that he is cashing in his MITB on christian. christian comes out and they have a completely fair match which bryan wins clean in the center of the ring.
that way, bryan ensures himself the main event at WM, gets a fair match (which fits his character, especially since he isn't using the MITB the way everybody else has), doesn't shoehorn himself into a triple threat where he can lose without losing, and we get an awesome technical match. it also closes the book on christian getting his one last match against orton and commences his complete breakdown (winning the title at WM and losing it later that night).

i'm not sure how it's listed in the record books, but from what i remember it was a tie, with the rock's feet possibly hitting first
either way it doesn't matter since show has already been the rumble "winner" challenging for the belt at WM

Tim, I love this idea, and I am one of the biggest Christian marks in the world, and would probably squee over this (I have no idea what the word actually means, I just know fangirls use it).
There is less than 0% chance, that a Wrestlemania that contains The Rock, Austin, HHH, Taker, possibly Mick Foley and Jericho, that Christian is the Main Event. I am 85% certain Christian will be in the World Title match at WM. Hell, it is even possible he really will be in 2 (beating Orton, and then losing to Bryan) but no way it is AFTER the Rock/Cena, or Punk/Austin.

That is the end of the 2000 Royal Rumble.
The Rock was declared the winner, and Big Show walked to the back. Big Show would later (in kayfabe) watch replays, and then ***** about Rock's feet touching first for the next 3 weeks till he got his No Way Out match, which he cheated, and won. Linda and Vince then made the WM Main Event a Four Way Elimination match, with Mick Foley getting to end his career in the ME of WM cause Linda was a nice person and thought he deserved it, and Vince propping up the Rock, so he could screw him over again. (By the way, was it ever made clear what would have happened (in kayfabe) if Mick won?) Was he still retired, and would just forfeit the Title like Trish did, or would he get a career again out of it?)

I want punk to win it, but I dont think Del Rio is the kind of guy theyll trust to ME Wrestlemania.
And with Cena unavailable and no legit heels on Raw aside from MAYBE Del Rio I just have a hard time envisioning the WWE title picture at Mania at all.
Logically its Punk vs. Top Raw Heel- but I dunno, Del Rio seems REALLY weak for that spot unless Cena/Rock is unabashedly the Main Event. I mean at this point, Ziggler makes as much sense for how over Vickie is.

He uses his briefcase to cash in on the WHCchamp to start the night. Then uses his Rumble victory to take on WWE Champ, CM Punk.
Punk wins and unifies the titles.

He's still winning a World Title match at Mania, so it's not that bad at least.
So, just to show how crazy this has gotten by the way.
The last Rumble Winner to win at Mania was Cena (I know, it makes me gag too) The last Rumble Winner to win at Mania by using his actual Rumble Shot was Benoit, and he doesn't exist anymore, so.... The last Rumble Winner to win at Mania buy using his actual Rumble Shot was Batista. Part of the worst night in Wrestling history, when Cena and Batista won.

It's been since 2005 that the winner won.
Uhhhh
1. Cena LOST at Mania the year he won the Rumble, and technically he used his Rumble victory shot at No Way Out, where he won but it was by DQ so he basically lost. 2. Benoit came BEFORE Batista, so it's not like Benoit "not existing" is what pushes Batista ahead. 3. Undertaker was the last Rumble winner to win at Mania. Rey Mysterio also did this after Batista.

Could you even be more wrong?
I completely forgot about Taker.
On the others, yeah, I was just wrong, that I will admit. I thought Cena's win was the same year as the Edge and Big Show fight for some reason, and I feel awful about the Batista Benoit one. Or at least I would if one was not a murderer, and the other couldn't wrestle (I'll let you people sort out who is who)

No, it doesn't, but I could see Punk being the master micsmith that he is, convincing DB to put his newly won WHC on the line in their match as well, so the winner Unifies the Titles.
There are people to bury, and try as he might, that piece of **** Cena can't do it alone.
Also, everyone complained that HHH was going to bury Miz and Truth, well, that didn't happen. I wonder what these same worthless hypocrites are going to say when Cena does the exact same they were murdering HHH for before it ever happened.

From: Dr_Football | #134 Im late on this, but I enjoy that JR in WWE 12 comes out to Boomer Sooner
Notice how, when JR enters the ring, the ropes stretch as if to accommodate a much larger man. I wonder if this is a subtle "JR is so fat" dig, or if it's just the crappy physics/collision detection that these games always have.
Why did this have to come out after I already got the original one ... Are you serious bro!?

From: TimJab | #149 I loved how much Triple H sold one sledgehammer shot to the back. He fainted and was like...foaming at the mouth.
After the second one one of the officials literally checked his pulse.
Will it stop him from hitting the next guy he feuds with with a sledgehammer 20 times? Probably not!
In all honesty, in kayfabe, he just got hit with a sledgehammer full force in his face. Officials should be checking pules, that could EASILY kill you in real life.
