What the hell is this about?

Glad you asked! Board Game Online is a wonderful mix between RPG and tabletop game. The goal is simple: get to the finish line!

...But of course, the journey isn't going to be that easy. On the way, you'll cross pirate ships, ninja temples, wild west towns with promiscuous populations, and face down curses, ACME technology, and snowball hails from your fellow players.

And as if that wasn't enough, there's bears. Bears EVERYWHERE. Watch out and keep some cocaine handy for them!

Grueling multi-hour match...won by an unconscious Football. gg guys, and kudos to the Dokter for pulling it off. DFF still lives!

This about sums it up. What a crazy match. Looked like Hobo had it totally on lock and then BAM, anyone's game. Had my Assassination worked for instance I'd have run with it.

Yeah, I think it was one of two things:

A) The lack of Reinforcements. With items if somebody is ahead they can stay ahead.

B) The Expert Mode. It adds a lot of fun tricks, but I think it makes games longer.

I am under the name "CommanderCool" and I should note that I have never played a tabletop game before and don't exactly know what those are except that Dungeons and Dragons is one, and I don't really know much about that game either

aww you didn't even mention my favorite part of the 'inaugural game,' which was when scept's gambit to void his death by placing a curse of resurrection on me was ruined when i drank a remove curse potion. then he got eaten by a cocaine addicted bear, i think.
