The issue with taking part is it is pretty predictable at this point. Most of the upsets haven't been somebody who won who shouldn't have, they have been rivalries getting way more or less % than they should have.

The oracle is fun, predicting the winner is stale.

Next contest, of course.

the only problem I see is that for the general public it's a lot of work selecting percents than just the winner of each match

Split it up into sections like 'Wins slightly' being from 50.01% -> 55.00% or something, with the last match's prediction being the tiebreaker, I dunno

Ehh, he could just modify the Battle Challenge into a Spread Betting Challenge instead. So instead of picking between Pokemon and FF7 tonight, your options would be

Cloud Seph win with OVER 54%
Cloud Seph score UNDER 54% or lose outright
Skip this match and bank

The lines wouldn't have to be super accurate every day... just good enough to trip everyone up now and again and not allow these 40 match streaks like this season!
