I'd agree except he needed Hogan to beat Dibiase that night and they went on to run roughshod over Dibiase in the months that followed.

Considering how FREAKING absurd it was and that it was REALTIVELY clean, his win at the initial World War 3 has to be up there.

Savage didn't need Hogan to beat DiBiase on his own. Savage needed Hogan to beat a much fresher DiBiase and Andre the Giant.
