also tombs are pretty dark.

Even if Timelessness Alteration is a counter for Castings of Time (which is in itself pretty dubious since we never did figure out a use for that) it is promptly negated by the Incantation of Negation, like every other spell in scotted's grimoire. The Castings work their magic really quickly, at which point I can use the Beast's Hand of Light with Light Transformation, which translates to Beast's Hand of Just About Anything. scotted will meet with the Beast's Hand of Lethal Homing Sonic Speed Shurikens.

You seem to be assuming that the Incantation counts for just one spell. I'm just saying that if it would do anything then it wouldn't get through a sustained Incantation of Negation anyway, so there's no point.
EDIT: Unless by that wording you mean that the Castings don't do anything which is pretty silly.

Taking control over time in its entirety in about 0.4 seconds. That's about the casting speed where if if castings were repeated they'd be hard to impossible to keep track of, thus Uncountable. An emperor is to my knowledge the highest rung of royalty, thus the amount of control that comes with Imperial. Castings when in the context of spellcraft traditionally mean burst casting, rather than something you have to maintain like an incantation or something that requires a receiver object like an enchantment. That's why I think that a single Casting would be sufficient.

I'm undecided on whether Sacred Incatation of Negation should be able to unsummon Arch-angel. I see it more as being able to negate special effects. I'm not sure Some_Character will be able to deal with fighting off the Arch Angels.
