I kinda wonder why it's clear-cut between Fox/Wolf and Tidus/Jecht, though. Both Fox and Wolf are about thirty (so that's like 15 years of lots sex for each), and I'm pretty sure they can both easily beat Tidus. So it's a question of whether Jecht can hold the team, and I'm under the impression he can, but not entirely sure why. So... why? >_>

Fox and Krystal totally have a thing, and having children between other members of the Star Fox crew is canon.
If Slippy can have children, then Fox sure as **** can.
Plus Katherine is in a committed, sexual relationship, so she's not exactly dragging the team down.
Tidus is a star athlete who I believe has women flocking all around him at the beginning of his game, and Jecht is that times ten, over the course of, what, twenty more years? I'll give Wolf the benefit of the doubt since he seems like the kind of guy who likes to spend time with prostitutes and drunk bar floozies, but there's no way Fox was getting laid before Krystal, and hell, I'm not even sure he starts until that one Command ending. He's too much of a stick in the mud.

Not only can't I see him going for casual sex, I could never see him hitting up the bars with Falco until well after he was with Krystal when Falco had kind of warmed to him.
I wasn't around for Captain Falcon, but I think that despite probably being able to get pretty much any woman he wants, he probably keeps to himself like you said.

'atherines ...Mh, it's something along the lines of Jecht > Wolf > Fox > Tidus. I will assume that getting sex as a star athlete takes less time than getting it as a space fighter, thus leading me to vote for Tidus/Jecht

Fox and his wing man Falco hitting up bars is absolutely what I imagine happening.
Fox doesn't get too much characterization other than being pretty much the best pilot in the system, so surely he's got some one nighters under his belt.
I don't think Fox doesn't "care" about sex. Maybe he's not a player like Jecht, but I can see him getting some whenever he wants. His reaction towards Krystal in Adventures (arguably the game in which Fox gets the most characterization) makes me think he's not the goody-goody, virgin-until-forever handsome guy some of you're painting him to be. He's definitely interested in women.
Wolf, on the other hand, probably gets around like crazy. The fact he's got a huge ransom over his head in Command further cements how much of a lady killer this guy is.
So I agree with Jecht > Wolf > Fox > Tidus, but I don't think Jecht is SO far ahead from Wolf and Fox's advantage over Tidus, so I'll go Fox/Wolf.

Jecht's being overrated. He's married and too good to cheat on his wife, he's an alcoholic so whiskey dick, kid Tidus ****blocks him, and he doesn't have another kid so likely not a lot of action after Tidus is born.
