Literally every track except maybe the Title track which doesn't count as its like 30 seconds long.
Toxic Caves:
(Gotta love that funk. Great percussion on this track too.)
Lava Powerhouse:
(love the synth-y high pitch and the bass... and then the random... bubbly part... its like very light sounds mixed in with very deep intense ones. Probably my least favorite though cuz it's a little *too* much I think...)
The Machine:
(VERY smooth, very awesome. Amazing bassline and I love how it just stays chill the whole time, while doing its own little techno thing. Love the part where all the instruments drop out and come back in.)
The Showdown:
(****ING intense as ****! Holy **** this song got me so pumped on for this level. And it's a damn hard level so it has you feeling really nervous, really on edge, and really excited at how close you are to beating this hard mofo of a game. When it lets up a tiny bit, its that quiet looming kind of intense where you know the big heavy intense part is about to kick back in. Keeps your heart pounding from beginning to end.
Options Menu/Title Scroll:
(I actually like this one, I think a lot don't like how it's too grating... but there's just such a neat quality about how grating it is. I feel like it's overdone on purpose. Then the random nongrating part just comes in out of nowhere for 10 seconds. So cool. Love the quick little instrument dropouts here too, but I'm a sucker for that kind of thing. That one instrument track in the background is very weird those yes. The one that sounds like a bully going "na na na na na na".)
Boss Theme:
(I could do the same writeup here as for the machine, with the same intensity. The percussion and whistle is ****ing phenomenal. It gives you the same nerve-wracking feeling but I love the build that this song has over The Showdown, it starts off quiet but intense and ****ing explodes. And goes back and forth with this.)
And let's not forget the game is awesome too.
Damn, this game is just so great. Totally under-appreciated game on all levels.

SuperNiceDog is a SuperGuruGuy! I made a stupid bet with Alec. It cost me my testicles & sig. Take all my money and I could own the Mets.

Ha. Well I tend to love the 'underappreciated gems' like this.
Don't get me wrong, I love pretty much everything about all Sonic games from the Genesis games, but I guess that they're in different priorities?
S3K is still my favorite, and yours I believe right? But you know I don't like Sonic 2 as much as most people (my least fav Sonic Genesis game other than 3DB) but I still love it.
And I do like 3DB >_>. So that's something.

It's cool but doesn't have that neat "electric buzzing" quality the original has. The high tracks in this one ,both when its the flutey one and the high bongo-ish sounds before then... . makes it sound almost like some kind of jungle level , it reminded me of Crash Bandicoot. then there's these 8 bit sounds that also are kinda different.
It's still good and all and I like this track but other than the bassline it doesn't really make me associate it with that kind of environment.
Though maybe that's just cuz I know the level/music so well already
