Haven't played the game in years, but I remember loving the exploration, "dungeons," and atmosphere but hating the bosses, pacing (you know exactly where the last area of the game is 2 hours in) and ending.

Great cast, incredible environments/atmosphere, and one of the better soundtracks from a PS2/Xbox/GC game.

Still can't get over the fact that there was a point-of-no-return though since I went ahead and beat the game thinking that I could just resume my quest for getting the last three pearls but Ancel and the development team at Ubisoft had other plans. I am not docking any points for that, it would be a dumb reason to do so, but feel like pointing that out
