So the game starts out in Spring, and Professor Juniper is so nice to give me, and my friends, a Pokemon. I decide to choose Tepig, since I chose Oshawott the last time I played White, and I don't really like Serperior.
Bianca decides to battle me. And I barely make it out alive! Oh great my room is messier than before. You better clean it up, Bianca! Next up, is the battle against Cheren. Well that was embarrassingly easy. Checked my Wii, and the text says "It's not even scratched!". Subtle.
Got an Xtransceiver from my mom. Cool. Going inside Bianca's house, and we see her rebelling against her father. Well, time to meet Juniper!
Nuvema Town Time to officially welcome to the team... Night the Tepig!
I get a Pokedex, and a Town Map. And I'm off to start my adventure!
Met Ghetsis of Team Plasma, and heard his speech of Pokemon liberation. Also met the mysterious trainer N, or how I like to call him, Near.
Kirby slaughtered Near's Purrloin. Reached Route 2, and finally got the Running Shoes.
Route 2 Welcome to the team, GTM the Patrat!
Managed to train GTM for a bit, and he even took care of all the trainers in Route 2 by himself! Alright, time to leave Route 2... oh no it's Bianca... I hope she doesn't want to-- "Let's have a Pokemon battle!". Crap. Oh, Night easily took care of her.
Reached Striaton City. Went inside the Trainer's School and had battled Cheren. Met Cilan, and I'm told to train at the Dreamyard. That means a new Pokemon, so let's go!
Dreamyard Welcome to the team, Paul the Pansage!
I need Cut to get further into the Dreamyard, so off to the Gym, I guess. Ok... the first gym trainer nearly took out my Kirby, Night, and GTM... So I'm off to do more training!
From: Grand Kirby | #042 How do you go so long without saving?
Leave DS on, close it to put it in sleep mode. Make sure to keep it charged. Easy stuff. I do it all the time, in fact I rarely turn my DS off if I think I'll be playing it again soon. This of course leads to it running out of battery a lot and now that my charger is dead I am currently unable to play my DS.

But still... you don't have to save only when you're quitting a game.
I save all the time. I save after every accomplishment. I'm a save-aholic. I've been trained since my childhood to "save often, save always". The idea of playing a game for so long without saving makes me uneasy...

I am usually the same, but it depends on the game. If it's a first time through a game, I will save a lot. If it's an RPG, I will for sure save a lot, especially if the auto saves aren't too great (like with most Bioware games). But sometimes there's not as much reason for me to save constantly.

Alright, I have Night, Kirby, and GTM. Been training them for a little, they're around Level 10. Gonna stop for now, and continue tomorrow. Expect a new update then!
