amazon does cut the prices on games ALL the time, and offers free shipping if you spend more than 25$ (and free amazon prime 2 day shipping if you are a student)

so while you may not always save a bundle, the worst you are gonna get is the same price, but if you shop at the right time you can get it lower, sometimes significantly.

if you buy used there's plenty of reason to do gamestop. hell, even new if you're really lucky. but those are near impossible to find unless the drop just happened.

still, when it does? hell yeah. they were a nice spot to get some $5 and $10 games (most notably, Atlus games) when they dropped. if you were lucky even you coulda gotten Devil Summoner 2 with Jack Frost plus for $20. still can technically, but they're long out across 99% of places.

Well, yeah. This came from Menji's topic where he said there's absolutely no reason to shop at GameStop because everything's cheaper on Amazon.

I then posted a bunch of games, including newer ones like Saints Row the Third, Skyrim, WWE '12, etc., less popular games like Bleach for PS3, and then older Nintendo ones like Double Dash, Wind Waker, Melee, etc. that were the same price or CHEAPER at GameStop. And were in stock.

He then told me that I was just listing exceptions, and that he could list 1000+ games that're at least $15 cheaper on Amazon.

So here we are.
