Like, I can't speak for the quality of the quest since I never bought it, but I don't think many other games have DLC that shatter the fourth wall in an attempt to get you to buy it.

It's literally a guy standing in your camp who says "Buy the DLC to go to Warden's Keep." There's no other fourth wall breaking in the game, and all of the other DLC you aren't told in-game to buy. They could have put like a pop-up box in the game to tell you, but no. They preferred it this bizarre way.

The quest's actually pretty good. As you go through the ruin you see ghosts of the inhabitants preparing for their last battle, always a nice touch. Plus, you get Starfang, which quickly became one of my favourite swords in video game history.
Besides, if you're in the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race and determined not to get it, there are plenty of mods that make the NPC go away.
