Board 8 > Need some info on mythical beasts (dragons, etc...)

Straight to the point I'm making something related to mythical beasts, but I'm still lacking some information for some. I'd appreciate it if you could contribute some knowledge on interesting/cool/common mythical beasts that I can use.
You can also list some famous names of mythical beasts if you could.

First things first, Dragons. Specifically the types. Here's what I already know (correct me if I'm wrong):

Dragon: Wings, 2 arms, 2 legs
Drake: 2 arms, 2 legs
Wyvern: Wings, 2 legs
Wyrm: 2 legs
Eastern Dragon: 2 arms, 2 legs, flying
Hydra: 2 heads, 4 or 2 legs/arms
Lindwyrm: 2 arms
Serpent: no limbs
Sea Serpent: possible limbs/fins
Sky Serpent: wings, no limbs

Some more info on other beasts will be helpful (golems and other stuff). So far, Final Fantasy XII's bestiary was very helpful in giving various inspirations and the same with some Shin Megami Tensei games.

You can mix and match things when you're talking about mythical creatures, that's how new myths were created. If you want to be technical about the myths themselves and their origins though, this text is a great help if you are wanting to create something like that. I bought this particular book years ago and it's a good reference/starting point:
