It depends. I often change it up, but I've come to enjoy a mixture of sriracha and ketchup and onion. Other times it's a mustard (grey) and sriracha mixture instead.

Most things are good to me, though.

Ketchup always. I don't mind mustard and relish, but they don't really add much to the flavor for me, so I don't go out of my way to include them.
