I did 100 games not that long ago!

Give me like a week more to recharge and I'll do a hundred more.

Currently playing:

Record of Agarest War (finishing this game with the perfect ending will be the most satisfying feeling for a video game ever, seems like it will never end)
White Knight Chronicles II (98% done with the story, like 4% done with the online stuff, going at a slow pace because I only play online when my roommate is home)
Mario Kart Wii (this game is god damn great, especially if you're just doing time trials because the mechanics are almost perfect)
League of Legends (just started today, because my roommate has been BEGGING me to play it, not my cup of tea but I am going to try a bit more to like it for his sake)

You have to play with us! The b8 crew (some of us more than others) are awesome at LoL!

The average person is terrible at this game. If this is your first game in the genre then you should accept some help to be eased into it. Everyone starts somewhere and honestly the community is god-awful at welcoming new players which is a real turn off for most new players. (funny how that works). Thats why you learn the ropes with friends (see: us) and get good at the game without being raged at constantly for every small mistake you didn't know you were making.

Also red and I Duo Queue ranked games most nights. You could always watch him stream that (my comp is too fail to stream and play at the same time) if you just want a good chance to watch relatively high level play and pick up good LoL habits. Quite a few other B8 LoLers tune in.


LoL is an amazing game. It is also free and it is very satisfying to get good at it (imo). I don't want you to get discouraged simply because the community at large tends to be incredibly dickish.

I only get annoyed in ranked games.

And usually only when someone is intentionally screwing up.

Or is screwing up simply because they are bad, but refuses to care.

It's the same when someone goes afk because "we can't win".

Having a 5% chance of winning is not a "can't win" situation. It's a "probably will not win" situation. Even 1% win chances are worth playing out (in ranked games). So I hate it when someone turns a 5% into a 0% by AFKing simply because they assumed it was already a 0%.




But if it's just an unranked game with friends (or even an unranked game with random bad people) I don't get upset. Most B8 players can vouch for my good attitude in this regard.
