Some of them are clearly stuff cut out from the ending, while the ones with songs are probably stuff that was cut out from final battle. Judging by the music (which itself is also unused) and the intentional "static" effect, I'm going to assume it is related to the Masked Man remembering stuff -- "Don't freeze up girl, you're looking quite a sight." - Adam Ant.
