I'm not sure you can call it "choking away" when their best player has missed more than twenty games this season, their second best player has been playing with one good hand for the last three months, and their third best player has only played in a dozen or so games the whole season.

The fact that the Heat aren't ahead of them would be absurd, but Wade has had his own injury problems and Lebron had a shaky stretch there as well.

Luckily for both teams, the rest of the teams in the conference aren't better than either the Bulls or Heat b-squad.

Melo is still having one of the worst seasons of his career so yeah, I stand by it. Maggette is having a s*** season, too, but at least he's not getting paid near max level for .508 TS% like Melo.

Hell, Maggette has a better win shares per 48 than Melo for his career (.129 vs. .127).

So yeah, Melo can still kiss my ass. He's overrated for the money he's making and one game isn't going to suddenly make me change my mind.
