But can he lead them to the promise land? They had four first round draft picks two years ago and even that wasn't enough.

That sounds like when Kentucky lost in the SEC tournament finals in 1996 to Mississippi State. Pretty sure some of us know how Kentucky did in the NCAA tournament that year :P
