Can anybody work with this logo a little bit for my a cappella group? It's our favorite design thus far, but it needs a few tweaks:



The couple tweaks it could use are the dice being positioned slightly differently so that the "3" and "4" are the dice are facing more outward. Our group has 3 women and 4 men, so we'd like to capture that in the logo. Also, if you could incorporate the color scheme of this other logo, that would be awesome, too. Or, just add whatever you'd like--feel free to be creative.
