They can totally ruin a person's attractiveness for me. A guy could be hot everywhere else, but once I see those gauges, I'm almost always turned off. Jewel-studded earrings have the same effect. In fact, I dislike most forms of jewelry on a guy, but those two are the biggest offenders.

I never really used to like them, but after basically living with people with like a lot of face manipulation and body stuff I think it's pretty cool. Yeah, I don't like it when they go overboard, but I'm guessing one of the least judgmental people when it comes to this stuff.
