- PC and Vita versions will be the exact same in terms of scope, content and updates
- PC and Vita versions will support cross platform play
- iOS / Android versions can share user data from PC / Vita version but no cross platform play and will be its own version with a simpler character creation tool, controls and such
- Vita version will support online play using WiFi and supplementary online functionality using 3G
- With microtransactions, there will be two types of pay content. Content like cosmetic clothing and so on can be traded in a User Shop, but there will also be content that cannot be traded
- No level restrictions for classes and so on to force players to pay, it's truly free to play
- They will NOT introduce paid items at high cost that provide high stats to unbalance the game to the benefit of paying customers

Isn't DC Universe F2P by now? And the Killzone 3 MP is, too. Sony have opened up their online platform recently, though it's cool to see this on a handheld.

Well yeah I think the point is the portability. Play on PC at home then keep grinding on your Vita when you're at work or something. Screw productivity!
