Actually the bee kind of sacrificed itself. But $100 in vet bills, so I'm declaring the bee the winner.

My puppy learned a lesson though: Dont sniff the damn bees.

I used to have an amazing dog that would literally eat bees. At my childhood house we had a small hole in the cement blocking and no matter what we did we couldn't get rid of them. She'd stand there and wait for them to fly in and out and chomp them. The only thing we could figure is that they must have been sweet tasting or something. Lol, she would get stung and her nose would swell up and stuff, but she didn't care. She always went back there.

Almost all the dogs I had growing up ate bees. At least the female dogs did. One of my dogs still does.

A bee landed near my cat once and she batted it with her paws until it died, sniffed it, and then walked away.
