Yeahhhh.

In season 3 Sokka has a similar sort of thing go on where he is suddenly amazing at something, but I think he pulls it off a lot better.

Tbh they just needed a somewhat longer 'training montage" and I think it feels more natural.

Finished Season 1

That was actually a pretty damn good season finale! It's pretty amazing how serious things got compared to just a couple episodes ago. I hope things keep going in this fashion.

I don't know if that is who he is talking about, as they do meet some other awesome characters. Toph is great though, plus Aang's Earth bending training is a ton of fun to watch.
