Totodile: 8.9/10 Cute little gator
Croconaw: 5.4/10 Meh, wish I could skip this one though.
Feraligatr: 10/10 Ahhhh yeah.

Pichu: 6.4/10 Quite underrated imo, especially in SSBM, I liked playing as him. Not so weak attacks and very fast, even though he/she damages himself/herself.
Pikachu: 6.7/10 Pokemon's mascot... I honestly don't like it that much.
Raichu 7.2/10 The best of the evos, strength wise, but removes ability to use the one good item of the 'chu family.

I don't dock the unreleased pokemons any marks for being unreleased because i can use them anyway on pokemon online or pokesav them. I've battled with all three more than 85% of this gen.
