The Patriots defense gave up yards not points. That was the thing people didn't discuss enough. The problem was you had average corners and an average pass rush. The giants had average corners but a top tier pass rush to make up for if.
So you guys drafted 2 great rushing linebackers. Patriots so smart.
People bring it up all the time up here! We played against Tim Tebow, Sanchez twice, Fitzpatrick twice, Moore twice, Campbell, Palko, Young, Orlovsky, and Grossman. That's 12 games against QBs who aren't good and is probably the most significant reason why we were an average points-allowed team.
