This was mooted in the discussion topic, and since it's not like I'm doing anything else, "why not".

Initial plan is a 64-character bracket, with everyone getting 8 nominations. Any named character is valid. So no random carapace people, but if you want to nominate Andrew Hussie or Nicholas Cage, by all means, go ahead. Bracket will be seeded by nominations received, as well as common sense.

Additional stipulations will arrive as and when I think of them.
