Does anyone have a list of all the links to the good [S]s? As in, not the Strifes, the ones you walk around in, or the short relatively pointless ones.

This seems like the kind of thing someone here would have.

EDIT: though that's not to say those ones aren't good, I just want to watch all the epic ones back to back.

Even if we're limiting this to only the really spectacular flashes, I'd put ACT 5 ACT 2 and ACT 6 on here as well, they're such great setups to the acts, even if they're not filled with bombastic action.

Some brief points in the FAQ department before I go: Book 2 contains all of act 2. So yes, book 3 will contain all of act 3 plus the intermission. Book 4 will contain act 4. Then we'll see what happens. I'll try to get book 3 out with Topatoco's batch of fall releases.

Well that's about as official as you can get.

But especially Jade: Wake Up. I just rewatched it on a whim, and bahahaha, it's still incredibly creepy.

Yesssssssss. I love both of those flashes so much. I think they should definitely be considered to watch, even if they're not really "epic".

And I know they are Strife! flashes, but I still recommend [S] Dave: Strife. and [S] Dave: Abscond. So good. CAN'T ABSCOND BRO. Can't really think of what else, but I liked [S] Flip, if only for THE MOTHERF***ING JURY and dat music.

The Act 5 and Act 6 intro flashes are pretty good, but mostly because I looooove the Homestuck Anthem (the original version, used in the Act 6 intro).

Also I just noticed that list is missing [S] John: Reunite with your loving wife and daughter, and also [S] Vriska: Watch street tough maverick with nothing to lose, making it automatically terrible.

With that strong of foreshadowing, I actually doubt more that Jake will be LE for now. He'll definitely have something to do with him, though.

Of course Hussie's obvious foreshadowing isn't always a misdirect, but it often is.

I've said it before, but one of the most effective things about Homestuck's storytelling is that I give Hussie a lot of respect when it comes to misdirection. He's played enough of them straight and he's subverted enough of his own misdirections that he is difficult to predict, even though the outcomes of his foreshadowing usually make sense.

I'm predicting that Jake somehow causes the creation of LE and it takes on his last name. LE's head obviously looks like Jake's helmet computer so...... Yeah that is all I've got but Jake is obviously connected to LE because of all this foreshadowing.

Also, Aranea is so sweet!!!!!!!! One of the 8est trolls in my 8ook now :::;)

Cause GrannyJade designed the helmet to look like Lord English just like she choose the name English for Jake based on Lord English (in order to scare the Condensce or whatever). Did you miss that convo?

The Lord English styled gear isn't the foreshadowing, guys. We already know that's just because Alpha Jade was taunting the Condesce.

The real foreshadowing is the more subtle stuff. Like when Dirk said that Jake would be a ruthless killer by the time he's through with him.

Not to be overly negative, but I still don't care much for Aranea. I feel like Jake and Not Dirk are carrying the conversation here. She's just so uninteresting to me.
