Teddie is most certainly NOT voice by the same dude, but I wasn't too fond of his original voice and the new one just sounds like two octaves off so I don't really care. Rise's voice I could definitely do without though. The only voice confirmations I've seen are Aigis having the same voice actress and Teddie and Chie having new ones. Nobody really likes it when a game changes voice actors.
