phillys up 2-1 and a series win just looks impossible. this makes me even more upset that the knicks are getting swept because if we somehow beat the heat then literally no team would stand in our way of the finals.
anyways im hoping the celtics finish off the hawks and and beat the sixers, cause a ECF with them and the heat would be some dramatic s***. id pick the c's in that series too, barring injury to rondo.
if they make it to the finals, i would absolutely love a lakers/celtics series to complete the trilogy. in fact i cant think of a series i want to see more now. go my celtics and go my lakers!

Dr_Football posted... zzzzz who cares about anything that happens in the East so boring
oh come on before the d-rose injury/the knicks fell off the east was far more exciting. i wont deny that im more interested in the west now (1st round still blows though) but the east just ran into some huge speedbumps

If Chicago loses to the 76ers, then there's no footnote here: they would've been blown out by the Heat. If your team lacks such mental resolve that losing a single (overrated) player means you fall from a group with the best regular-season record in the NBA to a team who can't even squeak by Philadelphia, then you were never championship contenders to begin with.
East was already boring at the start of the Playoffs. Only real exciting match up was going to be the ECF with Bulls/Celtics vs Heat. West could be exciting with Spurs vs Lakers/Thunder.
