Terrible looking and it isn't even a water type.

It being Ground/Electric but still capable of learning Surf is actually a point in its favor, in my opinion. Earth Power, Thunderbolt, and Surf is a nice combination. Too bad it can't learn Ice Beam too.

It's just so... honestly, there is no way to describe this Pokemon sufficiently. I've always gotten the vibe they tried to make this the Generation V Dunsparce equivalent, in terms of just how strange it is.
